These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TradeMzansi website and platform, including its marketplace, listings, procurement services, business services, subscriptions and related digital services.
1. About TradeMzansi
TradeMzansi is a digital marketplace and business ecosystem designed to connect buyers, sellers, businesses, suppliers and service providers.
The platform may provide access to products and goods, vehicles, property, businesses and services, wholesale opportunities, procurement opportunities, business listings, supplier connections, paid subscriptions and promotional services.
TradeMzansi provides a digital platform through which users can discover, list, promote, communicate about and, where applicable, transact in relation to goods and services.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, registering on, listing on, purchasing through, or otherwise using TradeMzansi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the TradeMzansi platform.
TradeMzansi may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or submitting information to TradeMzansi.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to enter into transactions relating to any goods or services that you list, purchase, sell or procure through the platform.
4. TradeMzansi Marketplace
TradeMzansi allows businesses, sellers, suppliers and other approved users to publish listings and promote goods and services.
Listings may include vehicles, property, electronics, furniture, fashion, agricultural products, industrial equipment, wholesale stock, professional services, business opportunities, jobs and other opportunities.
TradeMzansi reserves the right to review, modify, reject or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Sellers and Vendors
Sellers and vendors are responsible for the accuracy of information contained in their listings.
This includes product or service descriptions, prices, availability, images, specifications, location, contact information, ownership or authority to sell, and any applicable terms of sale.
Sellers must not knowingly publish false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive information.
Where a transaction is directly between a buyer and a seller, the seller remains responsible for fulfilling the transaction as agreed with the buyer.
6. Buyers
Buyers are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before purchasing goods or services.
TradeMzansi encourages buyers to verify the identity of the seller, product or service information, pricing, availability, ownership, condition of goods, relevant documentation and any other information necessary before completing a transaction.
Users should not send money to another user without satisfying themselves that the transaction and seller are legitimate.
7. Transactions Between Users
Unless TradeMzansi expressly states otherwise, TradeMzansi is not the seller of products or services listed by independent sellers and vendors.
A transaction between a buyer and an independent seller is a transaction between those parties.
TradeMzansi does not guarantee the quality of a product, accuracy of a seller’s description, availability of a product, performance of a service provider, completion of a transaction by a seller, or completion of a transaction by a buyer.
Users should resolve transaction-specific issues with the relevant seller or buyer in the first instance.
8. Vehicles
Vehicle listings may contain information supplied by vehicle sellers, dealerships, brokers or other users.
Users should independently verify vehicle information, including vehicle condition, mileage, ownership, registration, roadworthy status, accident history, finance status, pricing and availability.
Where TradeMzansi provides vehicle sourcing or related services, the scope of those services will be communicated separately.
TradeMzansi does not guarantee financing or vehicle finance approval unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Property
Property listings may include residential, commercial, land, holiday accommodation, developments and other property opportunities.
Users should independently verify all property information and conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into a property transaction.
TradeMzansi does not guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by third-party property advertisers or agents.
10. Procurement
TradeMzansi may provide procurement-related services designed to connect businesses, buyers and suppliers.
A procurement request does not automatically constitute an order, contract or guarantee of supply.
Quotes, supplier proposals, availability, delivery arrangements and final commercial terms remain subject to agreement between the relevant parties unless TradeMzansi expressly states otherwise.
11. Paid Subscriptions
TradeMzansi may offer paid subscription plans that provide businesses or users with additional platform features, listings, visibility, promotional opportunities or other benefits.
Before subscribing, users will be shown the applicable subscription price, billing period, features included and applicable terms.
Subscription payments are subject to the applicable payment provider’s processing requirements.
12. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Where a subscription is configured as a recurring subscription, the subscription may renew automatically according to the selected billing period unless cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring that their payment information remains valid.

13. Payments
Payments processed through TradeMzansi may be handled by third-party payment service providers.
TradeMzansi does not store complete payment-card information where payment processing is handled by an authorised third-party payment provider.
Users must provide accurate billing and payment information.
A payment may be declined, reversed or delayed by the relevant payment provider.
14. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use TradeMzansi to:
- Commit fraud.
- Misrepresent goods or services.
- Publish fraudulent listings.
- Sell illegal goods or services.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights.
- Harass or threaten other users.
- Collect personal information unlawfully.
- Manipulate listings or platform systems.
- Upload malicious software.
- Engage in deceptive or unlawful activities.
- Circumvent platform security.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
TradeMzansi may remove content or restrict accounts where there is reasonable concern that these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
15. User Accounts
Where an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
You should notify TradeMzansi if you believe that your account has been compromised or used without authorisation.
16. Content and Intellectual Property
TradeMzansi and its licensors retain rights in the TradeMzansi website, branding, logos, platform design, software, written content and other original materials unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit to the platform, but grant TradeMzansi permission to display and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and provide the platform’s services.
Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights to any images, descriptions, logos or other content they upload.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
TradeMzansi may contain links, integrations or references to third-party websites, payment providers, services or platforms.
TradeMzansi is not responsible for the content, availability, security or policies of third-party services.
Users should review the relevant third party’s terms and privacy policies before using those services.
18. Platform Availability
TradeMzansi aims to keep the platform available and functional, but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, technical failures, security measures, third-party service interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.
19. Disclaimer
TradeMzansi provides a platform for connecting users, businesses, sellers, buyers and suppliers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information published by third-party users is not independently verified or guaranteed by TradeMzansi.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into transactions.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeMzansi will not be responsible for losses arising from transactions, communications or agreements entered into directly between users, including transactions involving third-party sellers, buyers, suppliers, agents or service providers.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
21. Suspension and Termination
TradeMzansi may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or listing where these Terms have been breached, fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected, false information has been provided, the platform is being abused, the account presents a security risk, or required payments remain unpaid.
Where appropriate, TradeMzansi may provide notice before taking action.
22. Changes to TradeMzansi
TradeMzansi may modify, add or remove platform features, services, categories or functionality from time to time.
TradeMzansi may also update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to its services, legal requirements or business operations.
23. Privacy
